At Urban Loom, every product is made-to-order to maintain quality and reduce waste. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are printed on demand, we currently do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Change of mind
- Color expectations due to screen differences
- Minor print placement variations
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
We offer free replacements if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive the wrong item
- The product has a major printing defect
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Images of packaging if applicable
After verification, a replacement will be processed at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is unavailable after order confirmation
- A replacement cannot be provided
- Your order is cancelled before production/shipping
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within a limited time after placing the order. Once the product enters production or shipping, cancellation is not possible.
Important Notes
- All products are made-to-order.
- Size exchanges depend on stock and availability.
- Urban Loom reserves the right to refuse replacement/refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.
